I just added a recipe for honey glazed pecans to the RECIPE page of the blog. If anyone would like to contribute a honey related recipe for the blog please email the recipe to the blog editor at "fredransome@aol.com".
One of my favorites is peach - honey pie. But I cook and bake by feel so don't really know the measurements. But I know I used a printed recipe and replaced the sugar with honey, and I know I added cinnamon and a little nutmeg. If anyone would like more info than that I'll find the recipe I used as inspiration and write it down. It was absolutely great! I use honey in place of sugar for most things, but that peach pie really stood out.
