ECWBA recommends all new beekeepers contact a mentor near them for guidance. It is the new beekeepers responsibility to contact the mentor when help is needed and also should visit the mentors apiary for guidance and not expect the mentor to visit the new beekeepers apiary except under extraordinary circumstances.
